Hello! This is Sara..I've taken over the Turtle Soup blog for the hop. For my spring- themed layout I chose to go with something light and bright! I added watercolors,a background I designed and cut using my Silhouette, a handmade flower, and these pretty photos from last year. I can't wait till my flowers start to bloom again! I only used a handful of items from my stash and those paper strips are actually the bottom branding strips from some patterned paper- no waste here!
