First up today is Julie Kairl.
I have been paper crafting for the last 15 years, starting when my daughter asked me to attend a card making class with her. Card
making became my hobby for a couple of years and then I went to a
scrapbooking class. Now I spend way more time scrapbooking than
card-making. I am retired and spend most of my time involved in my paper
crafting hobby one way or the other. I teach 2 classes a week in my home town of Adelaide in South Australia and love it. I
don’t think I have a particular style but I do love to try different
things and any new techniques or products I happen across, that take my
fancy, will generally find their way into one of my projects. I have
one daughter and one grand-daughter who find themselves on 90% of my
layouts. My husband is camera shy so it is very rare that I can get a
photo of him to scrap. I am very excited to be joining the Design Team here at Creative Inspirations and getting to know everyone here Cheers, Julie. You can find more of Julie's work on her blog here.
And next up today is Karen Zabuska,
Hi everyone, I live in Southern California with my 2 adopted Beagles, Shabby & Jaimieson. I
have 2 grown sons who I refer as to "The Men". Both of them in the last
7 months have made me a Grandmother. Gavin is 8 month & Atlas is 1
week old. I am a retired High School teacher after 32 years of teaching. I have been retired 4 years now. I am a single Mom who raised my "Men" by myself. I enjoy scrapping, making cards, some altered Art & have gotten into Quilting. You can find more of Karen's creations on her blog at http://www.calmcreations.blogpost.com/
